Through our Reason for Being™ framework, we help founders and leadership teams articulate their purpose, clarify their vision, and align the company from the inside out.

But clarity isn’t enough – it has to move people. That’s why I created Ditch the Pitch, our signature sales training that transforms teams into confident, connected communicators. I’ve taught it to TEDx audiences, national sales teams, and companies that went on to increase conversions by 15–20%.

This work was born from my own journey. I didn’t start with a framework – I really started with a feeling. A deep knowing of the impact I wanted to make, and a sense that the most powerful leaders were being driven by something deeper they couldn’t quite name. So, I built the process I once needed. And now, with my co-founder Danny, we’ve evolved it into a system that permanently upgrades how leaders think, communicate, and grow.
